Second installment of 5x5 Fridays: Korean Beef Tacos!
This recipe is beyond easy to make but super delicious.
If you want to marinate the beef, you'll need a few extra ingredients (I know it's meant to be just five shhhh), but you should have these extra bits in the cupboard! If not, the beef tastes good on its own, simply stir-fried in a spoon of oil.
500g beef strips (plus 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp GF soy sauce, 1 tbsp GF sriracha or other chilli sauce, 1 tsp brown sugar to marinate)
