This dessert is so wickedly rich and good, you will not believe it is gluten, dairy and refined sugar free, but here's the great news- it is!
Even better it takes about 5 minutes to whip up in the food processor so it's the perfect treat to impress your friends, with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
½ cup raw cacao
10 medjool dates
¼ tsp sea salt

Method:
Blend walnuts, salt and cacao together until smooth.
Add dates one at a time while the blender is operating until the mixture comes together and is kinda sticky.
Press mix into a lined tin and place in the fridge for half an hour.
Then it's ready to eat!!
