Ingredients200 grams Barilla gluten free penne1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil150 grams chicken breast, finely sliced3 tablespoons pine nuts1/2 cup Barilla Genovese pesto1 cup spinach leaves1 teaspoon crumbled fetabasil leaves to garnish MethodCook the pasta as per the packet instructions.Next, heat the oil in a medium-sized pan. Add the chicken breast and cook until lightly browned.Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and cook for around five minutes, stirring well.Once cooked, stir through the pasta until it’s well coated in the sauce.Garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
