Choc banana pancakes

These feel like they are cheeky, but they are actually a healthy and yummy way to start the morning.

And when they look this good, it's worth rolling out of bed a few minutes early.

Ingredients:

2 large bananas

3 eggs

1 teaspoon each maca, cacao and desiccated coconut

Method:

Mash the two bananas.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, until it reaches pancake consistency.

Cook in a frypan with coconut oil.

Top with your favourites: chocolate spread, peanut butter, fresh fruit and maple syrup or a combination of these.
