This Asian-inspired dish is SO yummy - ever since I first made it, it's become a staple on the weekly menu.
1 tablespoon sesame oil350 grams beef mince2 spring onions, finely chopped1 clove garlic, minced1/2 red capsicum, finely diced1 small carrot, finely diced3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce1 teaspoon gluten free oyster sauce1 teaspoon gluten free soy sauce8 lettuce cups1 tablespoon sesame seeds to garnish
Heat the oil in a medium-sized saucepan over high heat.Add the mince and stir continuously until browned.Reduce to medium heat and add the remaining ingredients, except for the sesame seeds. Monitor the mixture and stir every minute or so for 10 minutes.Remove the mixture from the heat and serve in the lettuce cups. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
