Lamb souvlaki

A tasty and protein-packed meal that'll help keep you full.


120 grams lamb, diced 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon oregano juice of 1/2 a lemon 2 cloves of garlic, crushed and finely chopped 1/4 cup greek yoghurt 1/2 cucumber, finely diced dill 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 wholegrain wraps 1 cup lettuce, roughly chopped 10 olives, halved 10 cherry tomatoes, halved 1 tablespoon of feta cheese, crumbled


Place the lamb, white wine vinegar, oregano, lemon juice and half of the garlic into a bowl. Massage the mixture into the lamb, cover and refrigerate for half an hour. Meanwhile, prepare the tzatziki by combining the remaining garlic with the yoghurt, cucumber, dill and half of the olive oil. Heat the remaining oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the marinated lamb and stir until cooked through (roughly three minutes). To build the souvlakis, top each wrap with tzatziki, lettuce, olives, tomato, lamb and feta cheese. Wrap tightly and enjoy.
