On a hot day, this smoothie is super refreshing and healthy. Plus, it’s ready in just three minutes.
1 banana1 cup spinach1/4 avocado1 kiwi fruit1/4 cup reduced-fat milk
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass, or for breakfast on-the-go, tip into a jar, and enjoy.
TIP: If you're anything like me and have a penchant for smoothie bowls - just add a splash of milk rather than 1/4 cup and then decorate with your favroutei toppings as I've done below.
